Booking/Waitlist: Please book your sessions in advance to avoid limitations of your preferred appointment time. If you are unable to find a suitable time, please add yourself to the waitlist as cancellations do occur. Please ONLY add the days/times you are available to attend, because if a session becomes free, you will receive an email notification of the new booking and the 48 hour cancellation policy will apply.
Cancellation policy: If less than 48 hrs notice is provided for cancellations, full session fees will apply.
Inclement Weather Notice In the event of severe weather, we will move sessions to a virtual format where possible. If a virtual session is not feasible, we will work with you to reschedule at a convenient time.
