• Download the Jane mobile app!📱 Jane now has an app for patients, available on Apple and Android. With one login, you can manage all of your appointments across any clinic using Jane. Download on the App Store — Get it on Google Play

• Booking/Waitlist: Please book your sessions in advance to avoid limitations of your preferred appointment time. If you are unable to find a suitable time, please add yourself to the waitlist as cancellations do occur. Please ONLY add the days/times you are available to attend, because if a session becomes free, you will receive an email notification of the new booking and the 48 hour cancellation policy will apply.

• Cancellation policy: If less than 48 hrs notice is provided for cancellations, full session fees will apply.

• Inclement Weather Notice In the event of severe weather, we will move sessions to a virtual format where possible. If a virtual session is not feasible, we will work with you to reschedule at a convenient time.

• NEW STOUFFVILLE CLINIC ON MAIN ST OPEN! Please double-check the location when booking your appointment, as some therapists will be available at both locations.
