Book an Appointment
Booking/Waitlist: Please book your sessions in advance to avoid limitations of your preferred appointment time. If you are unable to find a suitable time, please add yourself to the waitlist as cancellations do occur. Please ONLY add the days/times you are available to attend, because if a session becomes free, you will receive an email notification of the new booking and the 48 hour cancellation policy will apply.
Cancellation policy: If less than 48 hrs notice is provided for cancellations, full session fees will apply.
Walk and Talk Sessions: Should inclement weather interfere with a walk and talk session, I will notify you in advance, and the session will be moved to either in person or virtual.

Carina Koletsas completed her Masters in Social Work at the University of Toronto. She is a registered member and in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and the Ontario Association of Social Work. She has been providing clinical work and services to adults, children, and families for over 16 years. She believes that therapy is for everyone, and is a way to help people with a broad variety of mental illnesses and emotional difficulties.
